Renovation of a municipal facility in San Jose, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Public Works Department of the City of Santa Clara is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide design services for the Berman Building Gate and Electrical Panel Upgrades Project PROJECT. The requested design services include evaluation of existing site conditions, verification and/or development of specific scope items, design, preparation of construction documents (plans, specifications, and estimates) for public works construction bidding, and support to the City during bid, award, construction, and close-out phases of the PROJECT. The PROJECT generally includes: 1) improvements to the building site exterior security; and 2) upgrade of the main electrical panel and appurtenant facilities. The scope of work is more fully described in Attachment A, Scope of Services. Deadline for Questions and Objections: July 10, 2023 at 3 PM
