Question Deadline 07/14/2023 The Altoona Area School District will receive sealed bids for the Irving Elementary - Façade Improvements project Ebner: Large louvers - door assemblies on South wall: install new doors and hardware in existing frames; paint existing frames, louvers and existing overhead coiling door and frame. Provide paint samples with submittals. 2-Irving Room 115 Stem and 119 Media Center / Library all windows in these areas to be fixed - non-operable. 3-Irving: Detail E8/AE601 shows new fluted aluminum column covers, new aluminum column covers to be straight, not fluted. Remove and Replace All Existing Windows With Aluminum Windows and Insulated Glaziing Remove and Replace All Existing Exterior Storefront and Interior Storefront (Where Indicated) Including Doors With Aluminum Frame and Insulated Glass . Remove and Replace Exterior Metal Doors (Where Indicated) With Insulated Aluminum Doors and Aluminum Frames. Furnish and Install New Door Hardware for the New Doors. Reinstall Salvaged Cameras, Speakers and Card Readers Clean and Paint Existing Exterior Louvers Remove and Replace Caulking at Exterior Control and Expansion Joints. Remove and Replace the Horizontal Face of the Bulkhead Above Windows Where Indicated Install Roller Shades Where Indicated Remove and Replace Fabric Curtains Where Indicated. Install Ball-stop Netting System to Protect the Windows in the Gym
