Demolition, site work, new construction and remodeling of a medical facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; for the remodel of a medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The University of Washington (University or UW) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design-build teams (which may include joint ventures) to design and construct the Harborview Medical Center, Nineth & Jefferson Building, Operating Rooms & Sleep Clinic Relocate. The primary scope includes demolition and remodel, update to code and operational needs for new spaces and modifications to existing rooms and a small build out. The project budget is $21 million. The target budget for all work to be provided under the design-build contract is $16.4 million.
