Cost range: $50,000 - $500,000 Performance Bond Show performance and payment bond ability of $2,000,000.00 The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is requesting qualifications for Construction TASK ORDER CONTRACT (TOC) within the Charleston market. MUHA Charleston incorporates all the Charleston Division, at a minimum of 50-mile radius and including Orangeburg. A Pre-qualification process will be performed. Proposals will be evaluated and a selection of 4 successful firms shall be made by the MUHA. MUHA will be the sole judge of compliance with the requirements of the Proposals and the Prequalification Process. Any Proposals that are received without qualifying projects, or projects that cannot be fully verified will not be considered. Construction Services may include but are not limited to:, General Construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, low-voltage, site landscape. While this description involves potential scopes of work, only General Construction companies shall submit resumes and qualifications within the response to this RFQ. Resumes and Qualifications for sub-contractors will not be required nor accepted within this RFQ.
