Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 99,050-square-foot, two-story above grade, 850-seat educational facility; 73-seat day care center; and for site work for a educational facility.
The new Mount Pleasant #9 P.S. will be an 850-student capacity K-Grade 8 school including a Child Care Centre with a capacity for 73 children. Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors: -Due to the limited response to the Board's request for prequalification, a list of prequalified Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors will not be provided for this ITT. -All potential bidders are free to seek out subcontractors they believe are fit for the job and can meet all requirements as set out in Appendix A - Stipulated Price Contract. This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by Peel District School Board ("the Board") to a group of pre-qualified respondents to submit bids for Mount Pleasant No. 9 Public School as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").
