**As of September 27, 2023, project was awarded, The Notice to proceed is dated for 10/10/2023 with 120 days to complete.** Interior remodeling work at its Benld site Bidders must pay Davis-Bacon wages and meet all requirements as set out in bid documents. Project Description: Existing units are gutted. Remove walls and reinstall where indicated for new configuration. Remove underslab piping and any remaining electrical, mechanical or pluming materials and replace as shown. Put back drywall, trim, casework, insulation, doors and hardware, finishes, accessories, appliances, plumbing, electrical and mechanical fixtures and equipment etc. for a complete, functional and occupiable apartment unit.
