Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Hinton, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of but is not limited to: 1. Lift Station with two (2) submersible pumps 2. Manual bar screen and channel 3. Approximately 9,466 L.F. of Sewage Force Main As shown on the plans and indicated in the specification. Federally funded project- Davis Bacon and other cross cutters apply. The Project consists of but is not limited to: 1. Lift Station with two (2) submersible pumps, valve vault, bar screen and associated electrical improvements. 2. Approximately 9,500 linear foot of force main will be constructed via open cut construction from the proposed Lift Station to Airport Road. C900 PVC has been pre-procured by the Town. 3. Air release valves are proposed along the force main alignment. 4. Cummins Road and Airport Road will be restored with ODOT Type A Aggregate. 5. A 6" MAG Meter is included in the project as an add alternate. All questions must be answered, and the data given must be clear and comprehensive. This statement must be notarized. If necessary, questions may be answered on separate attached sheets. The Bidder may submit any additional information he desires.
