Renovation of a mixed-use development in Croswell, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of July 24, 2023, no bids received. Project will rebid sometimes in August 2023. A bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury Listed Surety Company in favor of the Owner or a cashier's check in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to Croswell Lexington Community Schools shall be submitted with each proposal. This bid bond shall accompany each proposal. Successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds. Any questions should be directed to the Architect's office. Contact Craig Westrick, French Associates Inc. craigw@frenchaia.com All bidders must provide familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267 (P.A. 232 of 2004) and attach this information to the bid. The bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board of education or the superintendent of Croswell Lexington Community Schools. The Owner will not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. The Owner reserves the right to award the Contract to other than the low bidder, accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, waive any informalities, accept any bid when, in the opinion of the Owner such action will serve the best interests of the Croswell Lexington Community Schools. All bids shall be held open and irrevocable for a period of sixty (60) days from the Due Date.
