Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Croswell, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes construction of approx. 11,600' of 8" and 5,550' of 12" open cut watermain, and 310' of 8" and 1,225' of 14" directionally drilled watermain along with associated water services, cold milling, HMA replacement, curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement along with lawn restoration with other appurtenances. This work is being performed in accordance with and funded through an EGLE Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) program, project number 7588-01. Prospective bidders must ensure subcontractor solicitation of advertisement is in at least one statewide publication and each subcontract name shall be listed. Prospective Bidders must complete the Good Faith Efforts Worksheet for each subcontractor and submit documentation with the bid.
