Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Croswell, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project includes the construction of approximately 280 tons HMA parking area with striping and marking, concrete wheel stops, barrier free parking signs, 2,370sqft concrete sidewalk, 480sqft reinforced concrete paving, kayak launch, riprap, 250sqyd rain garden seed mix, 100' storm sewer, tree planting, an interpretive sign, and recycling receptacle. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Croswell reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Croswell.
