Construct 363 LF of 6" C-900 Dr-14 Water Main Using Trenchless Methods, Make Connections to Existing Water Mains, Reconnect Water Services and Construct Reinforced PCC Pavement Patches. Project Completion Date: November 3, 2023 Working Days: 21 Consecutive Calendar Days for the Base Bid and an Additional 10 Consecutive Calendar Days if Alternate No. 1 is Awarded, See Dsa-2 for Additional Information Liquidated Damages: $100/day BID BOND: NOT REQUIRED PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND: REQUIRED GUARANTEE PERIOD: Two (2) years after the date of acceptance of the completed work. Monthly estimates will be paid to the Contractor as the work progresses in amounts equal to ninety-five (95) percent of the contract value of the work completed during the preceding calendar month (See General Conditions, Progress Payments, Retained Percentage). All work is to be done in strict compliance with the plans and specifications that have been approved by the Board and are on file for public examination in the office of the General Manager. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $100/Day ID BOND: NOT REQUIRED
