The selected Proposer(s) may be required to perform the following scope of services on an as-needed and non-exclusive basis, and in the manner(s) herein described: The City of Albany is seeking qualifications from licensed demolition contractors to provide on-call demolition services on an as needed basis only.Qualified demolition contractors will be placed on the "City of Albany On-Call List for Emergency Demolition Services" and will be notified when demolition services are needed. Upon notification, demolition contractors will have an opportunity to bid on each demolition site. 6 Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City reserves the right to suspend or remove any contractor from the list if work is unsatisfactory, or time requirements are not adhered to, or if materials/equipment necessary to perform the work is not available or inadequate, or if insurance requirements are not met, or if any of the minimum qualification requirements referenced in Section 3 above are not met. Proposers are encouraged to indicate within their Qualification Proposals whether any additional or alternative Scopes of Work are available. Question Deadline 07/18/2023 at 5:00 PM ET The CITY reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Qualification Proposals in whole or in part, to waive any and all informalities, require supplemental statements or information from any responsible party, negotiate potential contract terms with any respondent to this RFQ, have discussions with any respondent to this RFQ to correct, and/or clarify responses which do not conform to the instructions contained herein and to disregard all non-conforming, non- responsive or conditional Qualification Proposals.
