Site work and renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.

The work is being done in single storey two annexes and seven Storey tower at 805 Saskatchewan Avenue, Portage La Prairie. Work site location will be fully occupied during construction. The Scope of Work for two annexes includes but is not limited to, the replacement of exterior envelope assembly, replacement of all windows and exterior doors, soffit and rain gears, improve accessibility, fire safety and thermal insulation in the attic, provide new HRVs for suites for ventilation system improvements, upgrade the lighting and upgrade associated electrical and mechanical works. The Scope of Work for seven storey tower includes but is not limited to, replacement of all windows and exterior doors and upgrade lighting and security. The Scope of Work for site includes but is not limited to, replacement of existing walkways, patio and parking lot and fencing. CPPD is administering this RFP process.
