Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for Exterior Retrofit, Mechanical & Site Works in the Townhouse project. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, Exterior Retrofit, Mechanical & Site Works. Work site location will be occupied during construction. Work under this contract is to perform exterior wall overcladding, window and door replacements, asphalt shingle replacement, removal and replacement of rear entry precast stairs, removal and replacement of front entry cast-in-place stairs, including new handrails at all locations. Ventilation upgrades, hose bibb replacement Baseboard, and lighting replacements, parking plugs and electrical panel replacement, and dedicated power receptacle for the air-condition provision. Removal of rooftop antenna and satellite dish. Sidewalk and parking lot replacement, replacement of chain-link fencing, site regrading, and miscellaneous associated work.
