Site work for a water / sewer project in Garfield Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of includes the following: A. Installation of approximately 950 linear feet of 8" C900 PVC sanitary sewer by method of open cut. B. Installation of approximately 350 linear feet of 8" HDPE sanitary sewer by method of directional drill. C. All sanitary sewer shall be installed within the public right-of-way and/or easements and including manholes, and restoration. D. Connection of new sanitary sewer to existing sanitary sewer system at MH#1013. Sanitary Sewer extension from the existing Garfield system, along N West Silver Lake Road, from Green Meadow Drive, NE to, Francisco's Market (intersection of N West Silver Lake Rd & Zimmerman Rd.) Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. For a list of planholders, please visit the GFA website at www.gfa.tc , go into the Project Center, then Planholders Lists, then select the appropriate Project. Bidders are responsible to research Addendums and Acknowledge Addendums on the Bid form. Addendums will be posted, at least three (3) days prior to Bid Opening, on the GFA website at www.gfa.tc, go into the Project Center, then Advertisements, then select the appropriate Project.
