Site work for a water / sewer project in Garfield Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Extension of 5,340 L.F. of 8" Water Main, 7 EA. Fire Hydrants on Garfield Road Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to TOWNSHIP OF BEAVER, as security for the proper execution of the Contract. All bids to remain firm for 30 days from the date of Bid Opening. Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions to Bidders, Section 00100 and Supplemental Instructions to Bidders. The Township of Beaver reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any defects or irregularities, and to accept the Bid which, in its opinion, is most advantageous to the Township of Beaver.
