The California Department of Food and Agriculture needs a contractor to remove and dispose of the old traffic impact attenuator, and then replace with a new attenuator. Question Deadline 07/26/2023 at 5:00 PM PT Questions are not allowed during the walkthrough. Questions may be submitted in writing to the Grants and Contracts Unit email only at grantsandcontractsunit@cdfa.ca.gov. When the contractual amount exceeds $25,000, Contractor shall provide a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total amount of the Agreement within 15 calendar days of notification of award of Agreement. Failure to submit said bond shall constitute a breach of contract.
