Work to be performed by Service Contactor under this Agreement is an enhanced level of services to consist of furnishing an labo4 materials, insurance, tools, equipment and supplies, and all associated travel time and expenses requited to provide and maintain the janitorial services at the mobile County Revenue Commission and Mobile County License Commission at Various Locations located at the Eight Mile Shopping Cente4 4557 St. Stephens Road, Eight l AL 36613, and the Theodore Oaks Shopping Center, 5808 US Highway 90 West, Suite D, Theodore, A36582 Term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of written Notice to Proceed, issued by the County and ending on September 30, 2026. All bidders shall furnish a five percent (5%) bid bond on any contract exceeding S15, 000. 00 : provided that bonding is available for services, equipment or materials. Bid bond wi 11 be accepted in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or postal money order, etc. Term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of written Notice to Proceed, issued by the County and ending on September 30, 2026. The Mobile County Commission reserves the tights to add, remove, and modify services, as needed during the term of this Agreement.
