he intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and resulting contract is Tennis Court Renovations at the Swartz Creek Middle School located at 8230 Crapo Street, Swartz Creek, MI 48473. All responses are to be in accordance with the provisions, conditions, specifications, and instructions set forth in this RFP Please submit your proposal response in conformance with the instructions specified herein. By submitting a proposal response, the bidder agrees to sell, furnish, deliver and install to Swartz Creek Community Schools all services and commodities contained in the Request for Proposal. The bidder shall fully perform the contract in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions, and requirements contained in the Request for Proposal and shall comply with all applicable provisions of Swartz Creek Community Schools. Bids must be presented in the format requested, using the enclosed Bid Submittal sheet. Bids not submitted in the prescribed form may be rejected at the discretion of Swartz Creek Community Schools. Labor and materials bonds shall apply with Michigan Public Act 213 of 1963. Performance bonds shall comply with Public Act 32 of 1956 and all amendments. Bonds containing a Statute of Limitations or time limitation will NOT be acceptable. All bonds shall be underwritten by companies authorized to do business in the State of Michigan.
