Demolition and site work for a civil project in Highland Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of repairs and replacement of a structural concrete slab in building 030, the removal of large diameter ductile iron pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, and 500 HP motors. Contractor shall place recyclable materials in owner supplied recycling container. Owner will coordinate with and schedule recycled materials pick up. Contractor may not remove any recyclable materials from site without prior consent from owner.
