ADVERTISEMENT FOR RFQ The Park District of Highland Park is soliciting letters of interest, statements of qualifications, and performance data from qualified architectural/engineering firms for the Sunset Woods Park Improvements Design Services. Work for the design services shall include but not limited to new skate park, wheeled plaza, tennis courts, multi-use basketball court, games plaza, sports lighting, and drainage improvements. Questions regarding this Request for Qualifications should be directed to Ben Kutscheid at 847.579.3104 or by email at bkutscheid@pdhp.org. . Submissions must be received on time to be considered. The selection of the successful firm shall be at the District's discretion and shall be made pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/0.01, et seq. The Park Board of the Park District of Highland Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids in full or in part, if it shall deem it in the public interest to do so. In submitting a bid, firm acknowledges that firm must, to the extent that it applies, comply with all requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and all other applicable Illinois laws.
