Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Mary Esther, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility; library; and municipal facility.
Scope of Work - The Work of this contract involves the interior remodeling of a portion of three different buildings owned by The City of Mary Esther, Florida as identified in the contract documents. Major components of the project include: The partial interior remodeling for the City Hall involving the enlargement of the Break Room (Approx. 292 SF) and the updating of wall finishes, ceilings, and lighting in two offices on the west side of the building. The remodeling of one existing restroom in the City of Mary Esther Fire Station, as well as adding a new restroom in an existing unfinished room. Both restrooms are approximately 90 SF each. New Front Service Desk in Library and other requirements are shown in the contract documents. Documents - Bid Documents will be available Saturday, August 12, 2023 in the form of a digital portable document format (PDF) and may be obtained at no cost from website. Last day for written questions will be Tuesday, September 12th 2023.
