The Project contemplated consists of the replacement of waterlines and appurtenances along with rehabilitating sanitary sewer manholes within the Mary Esther Drive neighborhood. The Work will be completed in all respects within 360 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Questions regarding the Contract Documents must be submitted electronically to Jacobs through Seth Tatman no later than 2:00 p.m. Local Time, October 3, 2022, in order for responses to be provided via addendum prior to bid date. Owner's right is reserved to reject all Bids or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
