Site work and paving for a road / highway in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
In general, Work consists of 65,000 square yards of asphalt pavement crack sealing; 40,000 square yards of asphalt pavement seal coating; 10,000 square yards of concrete pavement joint sealing; new epoxy pavement markings; erosion and traffic control; along with cleanup and related miscellaneous construction. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
