A Cashier s Check or a Certified Check payable to Chapel Hill ISD, or an acceptable Surety Proposal Bond, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the largest possible total bid, including alternates, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute bonds on forms provided as outlined in the Specifications.
