This project shall consist of providing labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to construct an asphalt surfaced parking lot. AND BID # RB-39-23 Right-Of-Way Clearing for CR 3344 and CR 366. This project shall consist of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, supervision, and any requisite necessary for clearing and grubbing for the roadway right-of-way for CR 3344 and CR 336. This work includes the removal of clearing and grubbing of trees, bushes, undergrowth, stumps, and other vegetation or debris. Smith County reserves the right to accept or reject in whole or in part any bid received and to waive any irregularities or formalities in the best interest of Smith County. A Bid Bond is required for both projects. Smith County Commissioners Court reserves the right to make all final decisions.
