In general, the scope of work includes spot repair to the areas distressed EIFS/stucco, crack repair, and the application of a compatible elastomeric wall coating and new sealant joints across the existing cladding. Specific bid items are listed below. Engineer estimate is $350,000. Spot repair the areas of distressed EIFS/stucco & tie-in to existing. Rout out and seal cracks in one coat stucco as required, prior to applying new elastomeric wall coating. 2. Apply compatible elastomeric wall coating (Masterprotect EL 750 or equal) and new sealant joints across the existing EIFS cladding. Applying a new elastomeric wall coating and sealant joints will seal up the EIFS and restore the weather performance of the barrier system for the time being; until removal and replacement of the EIFS cladding can be performed at a later time. 3. Remove and replace deteriorated sealant joints at the split-faced CMU exterior walls. 4. Remove and replace deteriorated sealant joints at the exterior wall-to-paving interfaces. 5. Remove and replace the fogged/hazed window like and kind at office 1035. 6. Remove and reset windowsto repair/adjust sill pansthat are negatively sloped toward building. 7. Seal the gaps/separations at glazing gasket corners, asrequired
