Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Joseph, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. In general, the Project will consist of the following: Evaluation of the current windows. Cost and Performance evaluation of optional solutions. Design and Engineering services for accepted option. Equipment and Labor for Demolition of existing windows not to be reused. Equipment and Labor for installation of new windows, which shall be operable in work spaces. All other trade work required for installation of new windows. As-built drawings. Optional 5-year maintenance agreement.
