The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for sealed statements of qualifications for Consulting Services for Comprehensive Athletic Field and Use Agreements. This project is to be performed in accordance with the provisions contained in this request. Services include an overall analysis of inventory, conditions, capacity and current use agreements, as well as provide recommendations for ballfield improvements, usage, use agreement structures and facility needs assessment. The scope of services is a general guide and not intended to be an all-inclusive list of all the work necessary to complete this project: 1. Compile current City of Waco ballfield inventory and corresponding conditions to include a list, maps, amenities, and assess needs for each facility regarding replacements and/or upgrades. 2. Analyze current field use patterns and capacity for City of Waco fields, while focusing on research of national best practices and benchmarks for field use and capacity. 3. Engage with little league and select organization stakeholders. 4. Review structure of current facility use agreements and provide recommendations on proposed revisions. 5. Research equitable maintenance and management standards and options, including consideration of staffing capacity. 6. Conduct cost and fee analysis for facility use agreements. 7. Present findings, recommendations, and implantation plans.
