Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Zion, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bidders are invited to submit a formal Proposal to for the removal and installation of an Asphalt Parking Lot at the City of Zion Police Department Facilities with the attached General Conditions and Specifications. Please submit one original copy of the Proposal. If any questions arise from the RFP, the bidder may submit to Eric Barden Chief of via email at ericb@zion.il.us Any interpretation documents will be made by addendum to the RFP. All questions should be emailed no later than 3:30 p.m., Monday, July 10, 2023. All questions that arise that require an addendum will be posted on the City of Zion website (cityofzion.com). The Proposals shall remain firm for not less than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Proposal. Bidders guarantee that all goods and services meet the requirements of the solicitation during the contract period. The City of Zion reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or technicalities in bidding, to re-advertise for bids, or to accept the proposal which it deems most favorable to the interest of the City. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
