Renovation of an educational facility in Kimball, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of multiple work scopes for all of the work necessary for the construction of a new vestibule at the district office, a new entrance and remodel at the front office, a team locker room and coaches room, a FACs classroom renovation, a science classroom, chemistry classroom, flex room and lastly a robotics area. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base Bid submitted Owner requires all work to be substantially completed by August 12, 2024 and Final Completion by August 23, 2024. The onsite work will begin on the premises no later than June 3, 2024.
