Reference Number 0000261501 Question Acceptance Deadline Jan 05, 2024 02:00 PM EST Built in 2013, 30 Victoria holds a LEED Canada Platinum Certification for Core and Shell Development. The project will utilize phased implementation for the fit up/partial fit-up of four floors. The project scope involves phased fit up of the 1st, 11th, 12th & 13th floors at 30 Victoria, Gatineau, Quebec. The project consists of approximately 7,188 m²u of general-purpose office space and special purpose space in conformance with GC workplace. Renovation will include but not limited to demolition, new demountable partitions, new millwork, new floor & wall finishes, speciality lighting and HVAC, electrical & plumbing modifications as well as AV/IT. Project to be delivered in four to five phases per client requirements with some phases running concurrently; consideration will need to need to be given to delivery of each phase to allow for client move activities prior to commencement of subsequent phases. If awarded the Contract, and in the event the Contract Price is equal to or greater than $100,000.00, the Contractor shall provide the following contract security that shall be in effect for the entirety of the term of the Contract: A Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond, Each in the Amount of 50% of the Contract Price Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
