As of January 14, 2025, per owner, project has been awarded and construction began in late 2023, with completion expected July 14, 2025. MnDOT requests responses for Contractor to provide preliminary, final design plans and Water Resources Engineering work for the two groups of State Projects (SP’s) listed in Exhibit C – Scope of Work, posted separately from this announcement. For the purposes of this announcement, there is no Exhibit A or B. MnDOT anticipates that two contracts will result from this Pre-Qualification Announcement. One Contractor will be selected for each group based determined at the sole discretion of MnDOT. The goal of this project is to provide experienced technician, Engineer-in-Training or Licensed Engineer personnel to complete Pre-Design, Final Design and Water Resources Engineering work in a cost-effective manner for projects listed in Exhibit C– Scope of work. In order to submit a letter of interest, responders must be pre-qualified at the time this announcement is made available, in the work type(s) identified above. This project has its own “Official Pre-Qualified Consultant List” that indicates the responders that are eligible to submit for this specific project, which has been posted separately from this announcement. To claim the TGB, Economically Disadvantaged (ED) or Veteran preference, as described below, the responder must complete and submit the “Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses Preference Form” and submit it as part of their letter of interest, along with all documentation required by the form, and statutory requirements and documentation must be met by the letter of interest due date and time to be awarded the preference. TGB, ED and Veteran preferences are not cumulative, so a responder that is certified in multiple will receive only a twelve percent preference.
