he Town of Vail, Colorado (the "Town") is seeking proposals from experienced multi-family housing developers to design, construct, finance, manage development of the property, market each property, and other associated tasks that ensure the successful achievement of the Town of Vail's goals as it relates to fulfilling community housing needs. The Town seeks a qualified development firm to work in partnership with the Town, utilizing its expertise while working with the opportunities and constraints of the site, known as the "West Middle Creek" parcel. All written questions shall be sent via email to WestMiddleCreekRFP@vailgov.com prior to July 13, 2023, at 12:00 noon mountain time. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. NOTE: All vendors must be registered with the Town of Vail through the West Middle Creek email address at WestMiddleCreekRFP@vailgov.com. Vendors will not be considered unless they are registered. No exceptions will be made.
