As of March 15, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work for this project will require expertise in excavation, site work, and concrete pouring. The work includes the creation of level gravel viewing pads, concrete footings, and the installation of custom-made interpretive site components provided by others. The interpretive components include irregular gabion baskets, aluminum informational panels/signs, sighting tubes/scopes and small bronze sculptures located at nine stations along the paved Gore Valley Trail recreation path. All work is to be completed in the month of May 2024.
