Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Pahrump, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a 1,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Pahrump, Building & Grounds Department is seeking to secure competitive bids from qualified contractors who can repair cracked and shifted concrete located inside the Justin Leavitt Memorial Skate Park. Work will include hand grinding out existing patch work and filling cracks with epoxy, grinding all concrete surfaces smoothly, removing and replacing 1,000 sq. ft. of cracked and shifted concrete. Call (775) 482-8144 or email hstrozzi@nyecountynv.gov for further information or any questions you may have The Board of Commissioners expressly reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all proposals A bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid price must accompany the bid. The bond shall be on the form provided, or on a like form. A performance bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract amount must be provided by the Contractor. A materials and payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract amount must be provided by the Contractor. All work must be completed within Ninety (90) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date.
