Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Bid consists of crack sealing approximately 131,000 linear feet of cracks in City of Sheridan streets with approximately 15 tons of crack sealant. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities of any bid. The owner also reserves the right to award the contract to such responsible bidders as may be determined by the owner. Certified check, cashiers check or draft drawn on a state or national bank in the amount of (5%) pf the total bid.
