UPC No.: 117038 This project is a Transportation Alternatives Project (TAP) funded Locally Administered Project (LAP) for pedestrian improvements on Church Street between East Olney Street and Nicholson Street. Improvements include reconstruction of ADA ramps, new crosswalks, rapid flashing beacons, and median safety fence. Only VDOT prequalified contractors may bid on this project. With a DBE goal of 2%.
