Objective is to complete crack sealing and application of chip seal to prolong the life of the asphalt surface. The approximate area to be treated is 3,400 square yards. The North American Industrial Classification Code(NAICS) for this acquisition is 237310 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a Size Standard of $45M. Pursuant to FAR 36.204, the estimated Magnitude for the entire project is Between $25,000 and $100,000. A formal Site Visit has not been scheduled but It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that contractors complete on-site visits before submitting their quotes. Most measurements in the plans are best estimates based on mapping. Bids must include any mobilization or other related fees. The period of performance contemplated for this project is as follows: 7/22/2023-9/1/2023 Project must be completed by September 1, 2023.
