Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Litchfield, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Litchfield WMD HQ Cement Walkway Replacement Litchfield WMD HQ replace damaged concrete pad and portion of walkway PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Litchfield Wetland Management District 22274 615th Avenue. Litchfield, MN 55355 Meeker county, Minnesota PROJECT SCOPE: This is not a complete replacement but portions to be replaced are identified with aggregate finish and walkway portions as identified on attachment A statement of work. Objective is to replace cracked and settled cement slabs and reestablish grade to prevent water buildup at building. The approximate area to be replaced is 783 sq feet. Code(NAICS) for this acquisition is 238110-Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors with a Size Standard of $19M. Pursuant to FAR 36.204, the estimated Magnitude for the entire project is Less than $25,000. A formal Site Visit has not been scheduled but It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that contractors complete a site visit before submitting their quotes. Most measurements in the plans are best estimates based on mapping. Bids must include any mobilization or other related fees. The period of performance contemplated for this project is as follows: 7/22/2023 - 09/1/2023 Project must be completed by September 1, 2023.
