Renovation of a residential development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
This contract involves the renovation of a 34,219 ft2, 36-unit multi-family residential building that has been damaged due to a burst sprinkler pipe. The renovation project encompasses both the common areas and the residential suites. The building sustained damage when a sprinkler pipe burst, causing flooding throughout the suites and common areas. The extent of the damage varied across the different floors of the building. The objective of the reconstruction is to restore the separations between suites, separations between suites and corridors, and all public spaces. The scope of work includes reinstalling salvaged components, conducting minor demolitions as needed, and replacing components with new ones. Additionally, new fixtures, finishes, and other elements will be installed to bring the building back to its original condition, following the provided drawings and schedules. Submit with the bid a CCDC 220 form of bid bond in an amount of not less than 10% of the bid price.
