Renovation of a retail development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, Asset Management on behalf of Winnipeg Child and Family Services, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide construction services for an interior fit up (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment). The upgrades are to the main level conference room, 677 Stafford Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Work includes demo of existing materials, removal of mobile wall system, door modifications, ceiling modifications, minor electrical modifications, minor plumbing work, minor mechanical work, new floor and wall finishes and the supply/install of new custom millwork. Manitoba will reject any Bid submitted by a Bidder who does not demonstrate in their Bid or in other information required or requested to be submitted, that the Bidder is responsible and qualified.
