Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replace existing Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) with new Rooftop Unit (RTU) and dispose of old unit. Modify gas connection. Modify duct connections, provide air balancing. Remove electrical connections and provide new. Provide service receptacle. Provide new controls. Perform all structural upgrades as indicated on the structural drawings and specifications. Perform all civil (architectural) work as indicated on all drawings and specifications. Coordinate all work, trades and disciplines for a complete and functional system in all respects.
