Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Questions will be accepted up to 72 hours in advance of the bid opening time. Any questions received closer to the bid opening will not be answered Question Deadline 07/14/2023 Project will include but not limited to: Sidewalk removal and replacement, concrete curb installation, concrete stairs and handrails, restoration and other items needed to complete the proposed improvements. This project is to be bid as a lump sum contract with supplemental unit prices. Note: If there is a delay of the handrail fabrication, the Contractor shall include in the base bid a price to install temporary handrails.
