The proposed work includes CIPP lining of approximately 11,000 feet of sanitary sewer lines in pipe diameters of 8, 10, and 15 inch and rehabilitation of selected services in the Village of Glen Ellyn. This Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to provide Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) sewer lining for approximately 11,000 lineal feet of sanitary lines of various sizes and rehabilitation of the selected services included with the lining sections, with approximately 44 T-Liner service installations and 108 service connections to be grouted. The scope of this project consists of lining approximately 11,030 feet of sanitary sewer lines throughout the Village of Glen Ellyn. The total length of pipe to be lined is approximately 11,030 feet; roughly 10, 260 feet is eight inch; 270 feet of ten inch, and 500 feet of fifteen inch. The scope of this project also includes rehabilitation of the selected services included with the lining sections, with approximately 44 T-Liner service installations and 108 service connections to be grouted The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Completion Bond (sample included as Section K) and Labor and Materials Bond (sample included as Section L) acceptable to the Village in an amount equal to 100% ofthe price bid for services for the term of the Contract
