Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Project has been awarded but award amount not confirmed. You are hereby invited to submit a bid for construction of the above-referenced project, a renovation to The Village Links Golf Club, in Glen Ellyn, IL. The scope of the project generally includes interior alterations to a portion of the kitchen, adjacent entry, and corridor, along with locker rooms and pro shop areas. TERMS and CONDITIONS 1. Contractor shall be responsible for permit submission; architect will provide drawings as required. 2. All work shall conform to Village of Glen Ellyn procurement standards and building codes. 3. All labor shall conform to current prevailing wage rates. 4. Contractor shall provide a bid price breakdown based on above scope of work, with separate pricing for add alternates. 5. Bid must be submitted in sealed envelope and delivered to the Village of Glen Ellyn prior to above due date. 6. Contractor shall provide a comprehensive schedule, including durations and phasing if applicable. 7.
