Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work generally includes (but is not limited to): Installation of (4) new pickleball courts, nets, fencing, color coated surfacing, concrete sidewalk and amenities.
