Q & A deadline: Jun 26, 2023 7:00:00 PM EDT All Questions Pertaining to This Invitation for Bid (Ifb) Must Be Submitted Through Periscope Holdin The County of Orange is requesting competitive bids for Automated Gate and Door Repair and Maintenance Services as more fully detailed in Attachment A, Scope of Work, in model contract. Employers Liability Insurance $1,000,000 per accident or disease Commercial General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence $2,000,000 aggregate License Requirement: a. Contractor shall at all times, possess current applicable licenses and permits required by State, Federal and Local laws and regulatory agencies to perform tasks and duties under the contract. b. Contractor shall possess, as required, current Valid D-28 Door, Gate and Activating Devices Contractor License issued by the state of California and shall remain in good standing for the term of the contract. c. Contractor shall, for any electrical work, possess current Valid C-10 Electrical Contractor License issued by the state of California and shall remain in good standing for the term of the contract. d. Contractor shall furnish all pertinent licenses, permits and fees necessary to perform work under the contract.
