The City of Santa Ana seeks a qualified consultants to provide on-call construction management and inspection services on an as-needed basis to the Public Works Agency. Other Details In addition to electronic Bid submittals, (5) hard copies of Proposals shall also be sent by courier service OR dropped in the blue drop box on the 1st floor of Ross Annex across from the Public Works counter. Packaged Proposals must be sealed in an enclosed envelope marked clearly with the following information shown below on or before the deadline: "SEALED PROPOSAL FOR CITY OF SANTA ANA ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES RFP NO. 22-122 IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL." For hard copy in-person drop offs, visitors will be routed to deliver in the blue drop box on the 1st floor of Ross Annex across from the Public Works counter. Awards will be updated on PlanetBids from "Award Pending" to "Awarded" after City Council meeting consideration and/or approval following staff evaluation and recommendation of top scoring of proposals received.
