Question Deadline 08/08/2023 at 7:00 PM PT Scope of Work: This Contract is for the purchase and delivery of Godwin Power Pack, Hydraulic Submersible Pump and Accessories . Goods shall be provided in accordance with County Terms, Conditions and this Scope of Work. A. Substitutions: Contractor is required to meet all specifications and requirements contained herein. No substitutions of products may be made without prior written approval by County. B. All products supplied must be new and free from any defects affecting serviceability. Any product found to be faulty shall be immediately replaced by Contractor at Contractor's expense. C. Notify County of any delays on requested items at the time the order is placed. D. All deliveries must be signed for by a County employee. NO EXCEPTIONS. E. Contractor must be a Southern California Factory Authorized Godwin dealer. F. NO Substitutions or equivalents makes will be considered. G. All deliveries/shipments must be received Monday through Thursday; between 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.; excluding County holidays. NO FRIDAY DELIVERIES!
